Some clubs ask players to accept a legal document before completing a booking or joining an activity. This is normal and helps the club set clear rules and responsibilities.
What you might be asked to accept
- Terms & Conditions
The club’s general rules for using their services. These can apply to all activities.
- Waiver
A document related to specific activities where the club asks you to acknowledge certain risks or responsibilities.
When will I see this?
You will only see this request when it is needed.
- During checkout for bookings and other paid activities.
- When you join a match that someone else paid for, if the club requires it.
How it works
- You will see a checkbox with links to the document(s).
- Tap the links to read the full text.
- You must check the box to continue. If you do not accept, you will not be able to complete the booking or join.
Do I need to accept every time?
No.
- You usually accept once per document.
- If the club updates the document, you may be asked to accept the new version next time.
Will I get confirmation?
After you accept, you may receive a confirmation email with a copy and a timestamp. You can also be asked again later if the document changes.
Troubleshooting
- I cannot complete payment or join a match: you probably have a pending document to accept. Go back to the checkbox and make sure it is checked.
- I already accepted before: the club may have updated the document, or the activity may require a different waiver.
