In this article, we explain how to easily make a private reservation once you have downloaded the Playtomic app and created an account.
Follow these steps:
🎾Tap "Book a court" on the Home screen
🎾Select your sport (padel, tennis, etc.)
🎾Choose where you want to play (place, club name, postcode)
🎾Select the date and time
🎾Select the court and duration
🎾Choose if you want to pay your part (split payment) or if you want to pay everything. In the same screen you will see the cancellation policy of that Club. Click on "Continue payment"
🎾Review your booking details
🎾Choose the payment method and click on "Pay"
💡 Want to check the price before committing? You can simulate a booking up to the "Continue payment" step to see the full total — you won't be charged until you confirm. Keep in mind that prices are set individually by each club, so they may vary.
Sharing your match with other players
Once your booking is confirmed, you can easily share it with other players directly from the match details page. Tap the share button in the top right corner (the first of the two icons) and choose how you'd like to send it. Use the share link to invite specific players to join your match directly.
Casual or Competitive private reservations
By default, all private reservations are confirmed in competitive mode. Once your booking is confirmed, it will be possible to change to casual or competitive mode or vice versa. You can read more about it here.
⚠️Remember that if you select the split payment option, you will have to add all players to your booking so that they can pay their spot. If you decide single payment mode, you pay everything, and you are not obliged to add players.
