In the case where you have an upcoming booking that you cannot attend, this article is going to explain how you can cancel it and what terms and conditions surround cancelled reservations.
How to cancel a reservation:
🎾 Each Club has a unique cancellation policy.
🎾 To confirm if you are within the clubs cancellation policy:

locate your reservation from your profile screen

press the 3 dots in the top right corner

click on see booking or cancel:
🎾 If you are within the clubs cancellation policy, press on cancel to cancel your booking.
🎾 When you or the Club cancel your reservation, you will receive a refund in 2-10 business days to your original payment method.
Reservation outside the cancellation policy
🚨 In the event that your reservation is outside the Club's cancellation policy, we regret to inform you that it will not be possible to proceed with the cancellation.
Please be reminded that in this situation, Playtomic will not be able to cancel or reschedule your reservation.
🌧 In case of extreme weather conditions, and you are outside the cancellation policy, you will need to directly contact the Club. Playtomic will not be able to cancel or reschedule your reservation.
Please note that it is entirely up to the Club to decide whether to cancel the reservation and provide a refund outside the cancellation policy.
