You can cancel your booking directly from the Playtomic app as long as it's within the club's cancellation policy timeframe. There are two ways to do this:
Method 1: Using the Three Dots Menu
- Open your booking details screen
- Tap the three dots icon in the top right corner
- Select "See booking or cancel"
- Confirm the cancellation on the next screen
Method 2: Using the Cancel Booking Button
- Open your booking details screen
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen
- Review the club's cancellation policy displayed there
- Tap the "Cancel booking" button
- Confirm the cancellation
🎾 When you or the Club cancel your reservation, you will receive a refund in 2-10 business days to your original payment method.
Reservation outside the cancellation policy
🚨 In the event that your reservation is outside the Club's cancellation policy, we regret to inform you that it will not be possible to proceed with the cancellation.
Please be reminded that in this situation, Playtomic will not be able to cancel or reschedule your reservation.
🌧 In case of extreme weather conditions, and you are outside the cancellation policy, you will need to directly contact the Club. Playtomic will not be able to cancel or reschedule your reservation.

What about the match up? What if no any player join the game and matchup is not completed? Still it will not be cancelled?

It depends on whether the match is Private or Open.
Private bookings won’t cancel automatically if players don’t join. They’re meant for pre-organized groups and follow the club’s cancellation policy.
Open matches will automatically cancel if they don’t fill up, and any players who paid will be refunded.
