How to add an extra to your reservation

The Playtomic app allows you to add 'Extras' (racket rental or you can purchase a can of balls, grips or a bottle of water) when you book your court to play or join a match with other players using the application.

Steps to add an 'Extra' to your booking or Match in Playtomic

You can add an 'Extra', such as a racket rental, can of balls, grips, water etc. to your reservation or when you join a Match in the Playtomic app on the prepayment screen.

🎾 Scroll down and you will find a section called 'Add Extras to the Match'.

🎾 Choose the 'Extra' you want to add. The price shown is determined by the Club you are playing at.

🎾 We will inform you if another player has already purchased it so that you can take it into account.

Considerations

🚨 You will not be able to cancel the Extra once you have made the payment of the reservation or your corresponding part of the match. Only cancelling the booking (subject to the clubs' cancellation policy) or removing yourself from the match can cancel the extra.

🚨 Each club is responsible for the sale and distribution of the extra you have added. If you have any issues with availability at the club, you must speak with them directly.
