Unfortunately, once a reservation is made, no changes can be made through the app.
If you need to change the date, time, or characteristics of the court, you have to contact the Club directly to check if they agree to do it.

How to contact the Club
You can contact the Club directly from the app. Just open the Club profile and you’ll find all the available contact details.
To get there:
- From the home screen, tap Book a court.
- Use the search bar to find the Club and open its profile.
- Go to the Home tab.
There you can find:
- Phone number (to call the Club)
- Website (if the Club has added it)
- Address (to get directions)
- Opening hours
📌Please note: opening hours and on-site services can vary by Club and are managed by the Club, not Playtomic. For the most accurate information, contact them directly.
Club's cancellation policy
You can also check if you are within the allowed cancellation time of the Club. Each Club has a unique cancellation policy.
To confirm if you are within the club's cancellation policy:
- Open your booking details screen
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen
- Review the club's cancellation policy displayed there
