This guide explains how to manage players in your private reservations. If you played an open match and want to change player positions, please refer to this article instead.
When Can You Edit Players?
You can edit players or change player positions at any time:
- Before the match
- During the match
- After the match (but only before entering the results)

Who Can Edit Players?
- Reservation owner: Can change player positions and remove players
- Other players: Can only change player positions
Step-by-Step Guide
To Change Player Positions:
- Go to the match details screen
- Tap the Edit button
- Tap Switch positions
- Select the first player whose position you want to change
- Select the second player to switch positions with
- Done! The positions are now switched
Considerations
🚨 If you press the red x, the player will be removed from the booking. If you chose split payment, the fee they paid will be automatically refunded.
🚨 As a best practice, make sure all the correct players are enrolled before the booking starts.
🚨 If you are the owner of the booking and cannot play, you can cancel the reservation as long as it's within the club's cancellation policy (all players will be refunded). Then the remaining players can book the same slot again
