How to remove players from a reservation

If you have added the wrong player to your booking, deleting them is easy. Just follow the steps below 👇🏼

Steps to delete a player from a reservation

  1. Go to your reservation and click on "edit"

     

     

  2. Click on the red cross that appears on the profile of the player you want to delete

 

IMPORTANT:

Remember that if you have split the payment and deleted a player from the match who has already paid, the money will be returned to them in the same payment method, and you will assume the debt.

 

Keep in mind that if you are the owner of the booking, (that is, the person who made the reservation) you can not delete yourself from the reservation. The only thing you can do is to cancel the entire reservation via app or contacting the Club.

  • I want to replace a player from my booking, so that others could join. He did not accept the invite and cannot play.

    How to remove a player so others could join? I am the owner of the booking, I want to remove another player. I don't see the red cross to remove him.

    I reach to support via chat but the ai chat doesn't understand at all and could not help.

    Since your booking was originally created as a private reservation and later converted into an open match, it's no longer possible for the booking owner to remove other players.

    The best option is to use the match chat and ask the player to leave the match themselves. If you still need assistance, you can contact our Customer Care team through this form.
