💰 Credit/debit card
You can add a credit/debit or prepaid card from the checkout page when you are booking a court or enrolling in a public match.
🚨 Please note that there is a service charge for this payment method, which we explain here, and we always advise you before you complete a booking.
💰 Club Wallet (if the Club has it activated)
If you play frequently at the same Club, you may find it useful to use the Club's Wallet. If the Club has it active, you can purchase it from their Home page in the Playtomic app.
🚨 Please keep in mind it can be only used for bookings or public matches of the same Club.
💰 Cash or card at the Club (This option is only available in selected regions and under special conditions).
Some Clubs have this option active in the app, and you will be able to see it in the booking summary by clicking on the ➕ icon within the drop-down menu for payment methods:

Is it still possible to top up the Playtomic Wallet?
No, It is no longer possible to top up the Playtomic Wallet as it is no longer available as a payment method. Instead, you can use the Club Wallet.
Can I change my payment method after the booking is confirmed?
No, it is not possible to switch payment methods once the booking is confirmed. The only way to select a different payment method, would be to cancel the booking and book again, choosing a different payment method.
Can I decide to pay at the club for an open match?
No, you can't pay at the club for an open match, online payment is required.
