A service fee will be charged by Playtomic in order to guarantee the optimal supply of the reservation service, matches, activities and any other services our platform may provide.

This fee will cover the operating expenses in order to ensure that you continue to receive the best technology and support.

What do I need to know?

• The amount will vary depending on the country and currency.
• It will be charged when you make a reservation, join a tournament or book a match.
• It is applicable for every transaction paid by Card.
• It will not be refunded if you cancel a reservation.
• It will not be refunded if you cancel a tournament.
• It will be refunded, If you delete yourself from an open match or if the match is canceled.
