If you have cancelled your upcoming booking or activity, we explain how and when you will be refunded.
Once a future booking, public match or activity is cancelled by you or by the Club, the money is returned to the original payment method. Please keep in mind the following points 👇🏼

Refunds to credit/debit card: Playtomic processes the refund immediately, however, consider that it can take 2-15 business days to receive in your bank. This is determined by your own banks processes.

Refunds to Club Wallet: The refund is instant.
You can see all payment and refund transactions in your profile. Simply click on the three bars in the top right corner and go to Your payments menu.
If the booking is cancelled due to weather implications, the Club is ultimately responsible for the cancellation or possible date/time change. If you have doubts about your Clubs weather cancellation policy, please contact them directly.
Please note that if you paid and then cancelled on the same day, the refund is made in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, you will not see the refund as normal credited to your bank statement, but you will see the original payment fully removed from your statement in a few days.
