Common issues with credit/debit card
When making credit or debit card payments, errors may sometimes occur.
If a payment fails and there is an error with the credit or debit card or if you were not able to make a payment with your card, these could be the most common reasons:
1. insufficient funds. In this case make sure there are enough funds in the card to pay for the reservation or match
2. The csv code is wrong. In this case delete the credit or debit card and enter it again making sure the csv code is correct
3. The credit or debit card has expired or you have entered an incorrect expiration date. In this case make sure the card is active, delete the card and enter it again making sure the expiration date is correct.
If you see you paid for a match or reservation but the match does not appear in your profile it is possible that there was an error during payment. In these cases the payments do not go through, but it is the bank that temporarily withholds the amount, wait a few days and feel free to contact us via chat.
