How to use Promo Codes

Promo codes are managed directly by each club, not by Playtomic. This means Playtomic does not offer platform-wide discounts such as student discounts, loyalty programmes, or promotional codes.

If you're looking for a discount, check with your club directly — they may have their own offers available.😊

How to Apply

  1. Book a court, Open Match, or Academy class as usual
  2. On the Review Payment screen, look for the promocode field "Do you have a Promo Code?"
  3. Enter the code exactly as provided
  4. The discount will be applied automatically
  5. Complete your booking

Important Notes

  • Single-use codes can only be used once
  • Promo codes can be used with both single payments and split payments
  • Both booking owners and other players in split payments can use codes
  • If the promocode value exceeds the booking price, the payment shows as $0 and the remaining value does not carry over
  • If a reservation is cancelled, the player is refunded the amount they paid, but not the promocode value. Single-use promo codes are considered used and are not returned or refunded
  • Codes are club-specific and must be used at the correct location

Troubleshooting for players

"Campaign not found" error:

  • Ensure you have the latest app version
  • Verify you're booking at the correct club
  • Check the code was entered correctly

    Please first check the “Troubleshooting for players” section in the article for common issues and solutions. Keep in mind:

    • Promo codes are single-use – even if a booking is cancelled, the code is still considered used

    • These promo codes are issued by the club, so it’s best to confirm with them if the code is still valid
