How to get an invoice for your purchase
If you have just made a reservation and need an invoice, don't worry, getting it is very simple 😃
Bookings made from October 2023 onwards can now be downloaded from your Playtomic account. You can request a receipt for a specific booking in the app.
Just follow the steps below:
1. Locate the booking in the app (to find the booking, go to your profile and choose 'Your activity' from the dropdown menu)
2. Click on the booking
3. Click on the dropdown menu in the upper right corner and choose 'See booking or cancel'
4. Scroll down and click on 'Get Service Fee Receipt by email'➡️ A receipt for that booking will be sent to your email.

How long do I have to wait to receive it?
Our administration department issues invoices for all players in Playtomic, so it may take some time to receive them, but don't worry, after a couple of weeks from the request you will receive it ✅
