Need an invoice for your Playtomic reservation? Here's everything you need to know about requesting and downloading your receipt.
Download from the Playtomic App
The easiest way to get your invoice is directly through the app:
- Open the Playtomic app and locate the booking in your Profile
- Select the menu (three dots) in the top right corner
- Choose See booking or Cancel
- Scroll to the bottom and look for the receipt button (labeled either "Get the invoice by email" or "Get Service Fee receipt by email" depending on your booking type)
- Tap the button to receive your invoice by email
Note: The receipt button is only available for paid reservations that were processed through Playtomic's payment system.
What's included in your invoice?
Depending on how your club is set up with Playtomic, the invoice you receive may vary:
Option 1: Full reservation invoice
Your invoice includes the complete amount you paid for the court reservation, including all fees.
Option 2: Service fee invoice
Your invoice includes only the Playtomic service fee. For the remaining amount (the court fee), you'll need to request a separate invoice directly from the club.
What if the button isn't available?
If you don't see a receipt button in the app, it could be because:
- You paid using club wallet credits (no external payment was processed)
- The payment was made directly at the club
- Your reservation is too old (we can only provide receipts for recent bookings)
Alternative: Invoice Request Form
If you can't access your invoice through the app, or if you need an invoice for a reservation made before October 2023, you can use our Invoice Request Form.
Once you submit the form, our Administration team will review your request and send the invoice to your email. Please note that processing times may vary.
