Club Membership not working? Here's what to do

If your Club Membership isn’t showing in the app or your benefits aren’t being applied at checkout, don’t worry here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.

Club Membership vs. Premium Plan: Unlimited

First of all, it’s important to note that a Club Membership is different from the Playtomic Premium subscription. If you’re not sure which one you have, check these articles:

Membership not showing in the app

If you purchased a club membership but it's not appearing in the app:

  • Make sure you're logged in to the correct Playtomic account. Your benefits may be linked to a different email address.
  • Check that your membership is still active and that your renewal payment went through. If a payment fails, your membership may be deactivated. Some clubs allow a short grace period to pay in the app and keep access, after that it may be automatically deactivated.

Benefits not applying at checkout

If your membership is active but the benefits aren't being applied when booking:

  • Confirm you’re logged in to the same Playtomic account you used to purchase the Club Membership (the benefits are tied to that email).
  • Remember that you can only hold one group of benefits per club at a time
  • If everything looks correct and the issue persists, contact us with a screenshot of your active membership

Can't book in advance despite having a membership

Clubs can configure different booking windows for members and non-members. If you can’t book as far in advance as you expected, please contact the club directly, they can check the booking window settings or help you book manually.

💡Keep in mind: when you create an Open Match, the standard booking window applies (the same for everyone). Membership booking windows don’t apply to Open Matches, because the match needs to be available for all players to join.
