View complete level progression charts for yourself and other players (if their profiles are public).

Each graph shows match type (private or public), date, results with links to the original match, and level changes.

Filter by last 5 matches, last 10 matches, or all matches. The all-matches view includes a summary of your starting, minimum, and maximum levels.

Priority Alerts

Create unlimited custom alerts to receive push notifications when matches become available. Customize alerts based on your preferences. Remember to enable Playtomic notifications in your phone settings to receive alerts.

Managing Your Subscription

To access your subscription details, go to Profile > Menu > Your payments > Premium Plan. There you can view your plan type (Monthly or Annual), start date, and next payment date (or expiration date if cancelled), along with a summary of your benefits. You can also manage your subscription by clicking a direct link that will take you to your app store.

How do I subscribe?

You can subscribe from multiple places in the app. The easiest way is through your Profile—tap the Go Premium button next to Edit Profile.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription is managed entirely through the Google Play Store (My Subscriptions) or Apple App Store (Subscriptions). You can cancel anytime, and you'll continue to enjoy Unlimited benefits until the end of your current billing period.

What if I subscribed by accident?

You can cancel at any time through your app store. For refunds, please request them directly through Apple or Google Play Support depending on your device. Playtomic cannot process subscription refunds directly. Keep in mind that you can only use one free trial per account.

Where can I find my billing information?

All billing details, including payment method and payment history, are available in the Google Play Store (My Subscriptions) or Apple App Store (Subscriptions).

Is there a free trial?

Yes, a free trial is available when you select the annual plan.

Can I purchase a subscription for another player?

No, subscriptions cannot be gifted or transferred. Each player must subscribe individually through their own app store account.
