How to delete my account and data

Before you delete

Please note that you will not be able to delete your account if you have any pending activities, including upcoming bookings, open matches, or pending payments. Make sure to resolve these first before proceeding.

 

Deleting the Playtomic Account

If you need to delete your Playtomic account and remove all associated data, you can easily do so by following these steps:

  1. Open the Playtomic app and go to your profile page.
  2.  Tap on the three horizontal bars located in the top right corner of your screen ☰
  3. Click on Settings option from the menu that appears.
  4. Finally, click on the “Delete your account” option and then on “Delete your account

⚠️ This action cannot be undone. By proceeding with this step, you will permanently delete your account, along with all your personal data, results, and level. This process is irreversible, so please make sure this is what you want before confirming the deletion.
