Ready to join the world's most popular racket sports app? Creating your Playtomic account is quick and easy. Let's get you set up so you can start booking courts and connecting with other players.

Creating Your Account

🎾Choose Your Sign-Up Method

When you open the Playtomic app for the first time, you'll see the login screen. You can create your account using:

• Apple
• Google
• Facebook
• Email and password

🎾Add Your Phone Number

Next, you'll need to register a mobile phone number—this is required to complete your account setup. If you chose email sign-up, you'll also create a password at this step. Once you've entered your details, tap Sign Up and you're all set!

⚠️You'll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. Check your inbox and click the verification link to confirm your email address and activate your Playtomic account.

Completing Your Profile (Optional but Recommended)

Want to make the most of Playtomic? Head to your profile to add more information. You don't need to fill everything out—just add what you're comfortable sharing.

To edit your profile, go to: Profile > Menu icon (three horizontal lines) > Edit Profile

You can add:

• Profile photo — helps friends recognize you when you play together
• Gender
• Date of birth
• About you (description)
• Where you play (your location—only city and country will be visible to others)
• Player preferences: preferred hand, favorite court side, match style (competitive or casual), preferred playing times
• Interests

Setting Your Skill Level

If you want to join open matches or competitions, you'll need to set your skill level. On your profile, select your sport (Padel, Tennis, or Pickleball) and tap Start Leveling. Answer a few quick questions, and you'll be assigned a level based on your responses.

📌Note: You can only complete the level questionnaire once per sport. If you've just completed the questionnaire and feel the result is slightly off, you can request a 0.5-point adjustment (up or down) by contacting the Customer Care team immediately afterward.

Can minors use Playtomic?

To keep things safe and to comply with regulations, you must be 18 or older to create a Playtomic account.

Users between 13 and 18 may use the service with parental or guardian consent and supervision.

At the moment, it’s not possible to add children as sub-accounts or dependents in your profile.
