If you want to update your personal data in Playtomic, you can do so by following the below steps.
How to edit my personal information
🎾 Inside the Playtomic app, move to the "Profile" tab and click on the three lines that you will find in the upper right area of the screen:
🎾 In the next screen, click on the menu "Edit Profile" and start editing the data that is required. Press "Save" to finish the process:
💡 Reminder: If you are updating your email, you will be emailed to verify the new account. Please follow the prompts in the email to verify.
Updating your profile picture
To change your profile picture, go to Edit Profile and tap "Change picture", then select your new photo.
Please note that it is not currently possible to delete a profile picture entirely — replacing it is the only available option.
If you see an error when trying to update your picture, make sure:
- Your app is updated to the latest version
- The image you're trying to upload is not too large
