How to manage the notifications from Playtomic App

Playtomic offers you different sets of notifications, so you don't miss any action from the largest racket sports lovers community in the world!

📱 Mobile push notifications

• Follow notifications: These are push notifications about new followers in your Playtomic profile

• Likes notifications: These are push notifications sent when your posts receive new likes

• Comments notifications: These are push notifications sent when someone comments a post published by you

• Tag notifications: These are push notifications sent when someone tags you in a post and/or comment

• Contact's activity: These are push notifications sent when a person you follow on Playtomic joins or creates a new match. You can also decide if you want to share your own activity with people following you.
   

How to enable or disable push notifications?

To enable or disable any of these type of notifications, please follow the next steps:

1️⃣ Go to your profile in Playtomic and tap on the menu icon located in the top right corner.

2️⃣ Tap on "Settings".

3️⃣ Below the header that reads "Notifications", you can toggle on/off on any type of notifications you'd like to enable or disable

🔔 Please remember that push notifications also depend on your phone settings, so don’t forget to turn Playtomic notifications on if you wish to receive them.

✉️ E-mail notifications

Playtomic emails you in the following scenarios:

• Confirmation of new booking, match or activity joined

• Receipt of a transaction

• Cancellation of a booking, match or activity

• Newsletter, discounts and promotional offers*

E-mail notifications cannot be disabled.

* You can opt out from newsletters, discounts and promotional offers emails from the Privacy settings.

⭐ Priority Alerts 

How can you create priority alerts:

1. Go to your profile in Playtomic and tap on the menu icon located in the top right corner.

2. Tap on "Settings" and then go to "Notifications".

3. Tap on the "Priority alerts" section and then on the blue button that reads + New alert to start setting an alert
