Having issues with your Premium subscription? Here's how to fix the most common problems depending on your device.
Benefits not showing after subscribing
iPhone (iOS)
A common issue on iOS is a mismatch between your Apple ID and the email you use to log into Playtomic. If your App Store is linked to a different Apple ID than your Playtomic account, the subscription may not apply correctly.
To fix this:
- Cancel the Premium subscription linked to your Apple ID — go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions, find Playtomic and tap Cancel Subscription. If you don't see the cancel button or it already shows as cancelled, no further action is needed on this step
- Re-purchase Premium using the correct email linked to your Playtomic account
If your subscription is on the correct account but benefits are still not showing:
- In the Playtomic app, tap the three lines in the top right corner, go to the Premium upgrade screen, scroll to the bottom and tap "Restore Purchase"
- If the issue persists, contact us via live chat
Android
If your Premium benefits are not showing after subscribing, please contact us and we'll look into it.
How to cancel your subscription
iPhone (iOS)
- Open Settings and tap your name at the top
- Select Subscriptions
- Find and tap the Playtomic subscription
- Tap Cancel Subscription
If you can't find the cancel button or see a message saying the subscription is already cancelled, no further action is needed.
Android
- Open the Google Play Store and make sure you're signed in to the correct Google account
- Tap the menu and go to Subscriptions
- Find your Playtomic Premium subscription and tap Cancel Subscription
- Follow the prompts to confirm
You'll continue to enjoy Premium benefits until the end of your current billing period after cancelling.
How to request a refund
Playtomic cannot process Premium subscription refunds directly — these must be requested through your app store:
- iOS: Use Apple's official page at reportaproblem.apple.com
- Android: Contact Google Play Store support directly
