Running into a glitch on Playtomic? Don't worry, most issues have a quick fix. Here are the most common problems players run into, and how to solve them in a few simple steps. If nothing works, we'll show you exactly how to report the problem to our support team so we can help.
Can't log in or access the app (connectivity error)
If the app won't let you in, try these steps in order:
- Delete and reinstall the app. This solves the problem in most cases.
- Check you're using the correct login method (Apple, Google, Facebook, or email and password). Make sure it matches the one you used when you created your account.
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection; connect to Wi-Fi if possible.
- If you're using a VPN, turn it off and try again.
Forgot your password or can't remember it
No worries, you can reset it in a few steps:
- Open the app and go to the login page.
- Tap "Forgot your password".
- Enter the email address you used to register.
- Check that email inbox for a recovery message from Playtomic.
- Open the message and set a new password.
- Go back to the app and log in with your new password.
App not working on older devices or after an update
If the app started acting up after a recent update, especially on an older phone, try this:
- Update the app to the latest version. This fixes most post-update issues.
- Still not working? Report the issue and include your device model and iOS or Android version. This helps our team find the cause faster.
Still need help? Contact our support team
If the problem persists after trying the steps above, reach out to us through our support form.
To help us solve your issue as fast as possible, include as much detail as you can in your first message:
- Your device model and OS version (for example, iPhone 13, iOS 17)
- A screenshot or short video showing exactly what happens in the app
- Any error message you see
The more detail you share upfront, the faster our team can understand what's going on and get you back on the court. 😊🎾
