What’s Playtomic Manager?

Playtomic Manager is our club management platform for racket sports and padel. It helps make running your club feel much easier — from organizing court bookings to managing customers and day-to-day operations — so you can stay focused on delivering a great experience.

Already on Playtomic and need support?

Club support is handled via Playtomic Manager or Syltek (not through the player chat). To contact the club support team:

1. Log in to Playtomic Manager or Syltek with your club account.
2. Go to Help (top-right corner).
3. Submit your request there to reach the right support team.
