How to Chat with Us

    Launch the Playtomic app on your device.
  2. Go to Your Profile
    Navigate to your profile section.
  3. Access the Menu
    Tap on the three bars (Menu) in the top right corner.
  4. Scroll to Support Section
    Scroll down and click on "Help."
A new screen will be displayed where you can start a chat with our support team.

  • my iphone 8 will not download the latest update I neeto go back to the one before ios17

    Thanks for your comment. Unfortunately, the iPhone 8 is not compatible with iOS 17, and Apple does not allow users to install older iOS versions once they are no longer signed. If you have access to another compatible device, you can use the Playtomic app there. Otherwise, you can still book and manage your matches through the Playtomic website.
