How to leave a course

Cancelling your enrollment through the app depends on whether your club has enabled in-app cancellations for the course. You can only cancel via the app before the course starts, and cancellations are subject to the course's cancellation policy:

1. Find and open your course in the app
2. Scroll down until you find the Leave course button at the bottom of the screen
3. Confirm by clicking Leave course

If you don't see the Leave course option, it may be because the club has not enabled in-app cancellations, or you are outside the cancellation policy period. Please contact the club directly to cancel your enrollment.

Refunds

If you successfully cancel your course through the app before it starts, you'll automatically receive a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 2 to 15 business days to process.

If the course has already started, you cannot cancel in the app. The club may process a manual cancellation to remove you from the course, but you will not receive an automatic refund to your original payment method. In this case, any refund must be handled directly with the club.

Can the club refund online payments?
No, the system doesn't allow online refunds. The club must provide refunds manually.
