How to join classes offered at a Club

Some clubs publish private or group classes that you can sign in through the app in a very simple way.

Why should I join a class?

Taking part in a lesson is useful both for those starting from scratch and for experienced players who want to improve their technique.

How to join a class

1. On your Playtomic app, click on the Classes tab

   

2. Play with filters to find your perfect class

   

3. Chose the class you want to join and book a spot

   

   How to cancel the enrollment in a class

   Currently, it is not possible to cancel your enrolment in a class through the Playtomic app. You will need to contact the club directly and ask for them to cancel it for you. If you made the payment online (credit card), once the club disassociates you, a reimbursement will be issued through the original payment method and you will receive the funds within 2-15 business days.
