How to join classes offered at a Club

Some clubs publish private or group classes that you can sign in through the app in a very simple way.

Why should I join a class?

Taking part in a lesson is useful both for those starting from scratch and for experienced players who want to improve their technique.

How to join a class

1. On your Playtomic app, tap the "Learn" tab

Class Cancellation Policy

Courses

Can I cancel my course enrollment through the app?

This depends on your club's settings. If your club allows in-app cancellations for courses, you can cancel through the app before the course starts, according to the course cancellation policy.

If you don't see a cancellation option in the app, your club doesn't allow in-app cancellations. Please contact your club directly to cancel.

What if the club cancels my course?

• If the course hasn't started yet, you'll receive an automatic refund.
• If the course has already started, the club will process a manual refund directly.

Individual classes within the course

Can I cancel individual classes?

You can enroll in and pay for individual classes without joining the full course. In this case, If your club allows in-app cancellations, you can cancel individual classes through the app according to the course cancellation policy.

If you don't see the cancellation option, either:

• The cancellation period has already expired, or
• Your club doesn't allow in-app cancellations for that class. Please contact your club directly to cancel.

Public and Private Classes

Can I cancel a public or private class?

Yes, you can always cancel public and private classes through the app as long as you're within your club's general cancellation policy timeframe (the same policy that applies to court bookings).

Important: If you enroll in a class after the cancellation policy deadline has passed, you won't be able to cancel your enrollment.

Refunds

If you successfully cancel any type of class through the app and paid online, you'll automatically receive a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 2 to 15 business days to process.
