What happens if I cannot attend to an open Match?
If you need to delete yourself from the match, you can do it from the app. If the match has all 4 players, you can cancel your spot until 24 hours before the match starts.
How to delete yourself from a public match
Go to the match view in the app and open it
In the 'Players' section, click on the red cross of your photo
Confirm the cancellation, so click on cancel booking
If the match is already complete with four players and it is within 24 hours before the start time, what can you do?
If the match is complete with four players and it starts within 24 hours, you need to contact the Club directly and the manager of the venue will evaluate the case and cancel if deemed appropriate.
Keep in mind that Playtomic can't cancel a spot in a open match, only the Club can do it.
