What can I do in the Playtomic community?
Create your own community of friends and racket sports players, share content, and connect with others who share your passion.
Follow and consume content
- Follow your friends: Go to the Community section, tap the search bar, and find friends by typing their name or syncing your contacts. Visit their profile and tap Follow.
- Discover new players: In the Feed section, you'll see suggested players and friends you might want to connect with.
- See their content: Once you follow someone, you'll see all the posts they share in your feed.
- Unfollow anytime: If you no longer want to see someone's content, simply unfollow them to remove their posts from your feed.
- Engage with posts: Like and comment on your friends' posts to show support and build a vibrant community.
Share content
- Control your visibility: Every post lets you choose who can see it—keep it private (only you) or make it public (all your followers).
- Create a post: In the Community tab, tap the + button at the bottom right, select New post, and share text or images.
- Add images and video: When creating a post, tap the image icon to take a photo or choose one from your gallery.
- Share match results: After finishing a match and uploading the score, you can automatically create a post with the results.
Privacy and settings
- Make your profile private: If you prefer privacy, enable this setting so others can't see your profile information or content. Note: You won't be able to participate in public activities like open matches or tournaments with a private profile.
- How to set your profile to private: Go to your profile menu → Settings → Privacy → activate Private account.
- Report offensive content: Respect is essential in our community. If you see inappropriate or offensive content, please report it so we can review it.
- Manage notifications: Control which social notifications you receive by going to your profile menu → Settings → Notifications, then toggle them on or off.
