How to create a chat group

You can now create your own Playtomic chat group and interact with multiple friends at the same time!

As as a group admin, you can:

• create a group
• add or remove participants
• share the link of the group to promote your matches
• Reset the link if you accidentally shared it with someone you don't want in the group
• Edit the group information

How to create a new chat group

1. From your profile, click on the menu icon in the top right corner
2. Go to Your activity, then Groups
3. Click on + New group
4. Select Padel or Tennis* and then click on "Next"
5. Upload a picture
6. Add your Group Name* (max 30 characters)
7. Include a short description* (max 500 characters) and click on "Next"
8. Add each participants clicking on the +symbol or using the magnifier
9. Click on "Create group" to save all the changes
10. A welcome screen will confirm you have successfully created the chat group

Fields marked with an * are compulsory

💡 Tooltips 💡

• These groups are "private": only user with the link can access ("public" chat groups coming soon)

• You cannot add more than 200 users to a group
