How to block and/or report a Player

Managing your interactions with other players is important for maintaining a positive experience on Playtomic. If you encounter a player whose behavior is inappropriate or who you simply wish to avoid, you can block or report them directly from the app.

How to Block or Report a Player

1. Open the profile of the player you want to block or report.
2. Tap the three dots button.
3. Select an option from the menu:
   • Block - Choose this if you want to prevent any future interactions with this player.
   • Report - Choose this if the player's behavior violates our community standards or is inappropriate.

How to View and Unblock Players

You can view your list of blocked players and unblock them if needed:

1. Go to your profile.
2. Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner.
3. Select Settings.
4. Tap Privacy.
5. Select Blocked accounts to see all blocked players.
6. To unblock someone, tap the Unblock button next to their name.

⚠️Please note: if someone in an Open Match has blocked a player, that blocked player will not be able to join the match.
