Why Leveling Matters

Accurate leveling ensures fair matches, better game experiences, and helps you track your improvement over time.

How to Join a Leveling Session

1. Open the Playtomic app and go to "Learn"
2. Look for activities labeled "Playtomic leveling"
3. Apply for available sessions directly through the app

To get your level updated through a leveling session, you must book and pay through the Playtomic app — not at the club. The club must publish the session in the app, and you need to enroll directly through it. If this process isn't followed, your level won't be updated.

⚠️ Important: Make sure you've completed the initial level questionnaire in your Playtomic app before joining a leveling session. If you already have a level set, you're good to go.

Once the session is done, the club will communicate your result to Playtomic and your level will be updated automatically — along with your reliability, which will be set to 50%.

Level not updated after your session?

Run through this checklist:

• ✅ Booked and paid through the app
• ✅ Had an initial level set before participating
• ✅ The club has sent your result to Playtomic

If everything checks out on your end, just hang tight — it'll update as soon as the club completes their part.
