If the result of your match is entered and accepted by the opposing team, the only way you can ask for it to be modified, is by following the steps below ⬇️
How to modify a result
In order to change the results for your match, please fill in this form with the information requested. The results will be updated within max 4 days.
💡 Things to consider before starting the form
You will need:

The match/reservation link. Locate and open your booking in the app > click the share button in the top right corner. You can copy it and then paste it into the form.

A screenshot of the conversation where the other team agrees to the change.

Correct match results of all sets.

It is only possible to put a maximum of 3 sets

To consider a match finished, at least 2 sets must be completed

Example of a valid result is 7-5/6-4/7-6

Example of an invalid result is 5-5/8-6/6/6-5

Please note that we can only do this as long as the players are well positioned in the correct teams. If this were not the case, and you had confirmed the result with the pairs incorrectly positioned, the only option is to cancel the result so that it counts as canceled, adding a score of 0-0.
