How to edit incorrect match results

If the result of your match is entered and accepted by the opposing team, the only way you can ask for it to be modified, is by following the steps below ⬇️

How to modify a result

In order to change the results for your match, please fill in this form with the information requested. The results will be updated within max 4 working days.

💡 Things to consider before starting the form

You will need:

1. The match/reservation link. Locate and open your booking in the app > click the share button in the top right corner. You can copy it and then paste it into the form.

2. A screenshot of the conversation where the other team agrees to the change.

3. Correct match results of all sets.

• The other team must agree to the change

• It is only possible to put a maximum of 3 sets

• To consider a match finished, at least 2 sets must be completed

• Example of a valid result is 7-5/6-4/7-6

• Example of an invalid result is 5-5/8-6/6/6-5

⚠️Please note that we can only do this as long as the players are well positioned in the correct teams. If this were not the case, and you had confirmed the result with the pairs incorrectly positioned, the only option is to cancel the result so that it counts as canceled, adding a score of 0-0.

FAQs

• Can I invalidate a result entirely? 
  Yes. If you want to void the result and restore your level to what it was before, enter 0 for all sets when filling in the form.
• What if the match ended before all sets were completed? 
  If one pair had already won two sets when the match ended, that pair is the winner regardless of the unfinished set. If each pair had won one set and the third couldn't be completed, the partial score of the third set is typically used to determine who had the advantage. In all cases, all players must agree on the final result among themselves before submitting a request.
• What if no agreement on the result can be reached? 
  If the players can't agree on a final score, you can set all scores to 0 — this means no winner is recorded for the match.
• Can I delete a match or reset my match history? 
  It is not possible to delete a match from your profile or reset your match statistics under any circumstances, even if the match date has already passed.
• Is there a deadline to add or change a result? 
  You have up to one week after playing to add a result. After that window closes, it is no longer possible to submit one. If a result has already been entered and accepted, use the form above to request a correction.
