How to buy Club promotions

Some clubs offer promotions that you can purchase through the app. When you buy a promotion, you're purchasing a Club Wallet - a prepaid credit balance that works as an alternative payment method in Playtomic.

What is a Club Wallet?

A Club Wallet is club-specific credit that can be used to pay for reservations at that particular club. Many clubs offer discounted rates - for example, pay €50 and receive €60 in credit, giving you €10 free to spend at that location.

Key features:

• Club-specific: Credit can only be spent at the club where it was purchased
• No expiration: Use your credit anytime until it runs out
• Reloadable: Purchase the same wallet again to top up your credit
• Multiple wallets: Buy as many wallets as you want for the same club or different clubs
• Usage restrictions: Clubs may limit wallet use to certain dates, courts, hours, products, or sports - contact the club for details

How to buy Club Wallets

1. Go to the club's Home menu and scroll down to Offers
2. Select the offer you want to purchase
3. Click on Select payment method +
4. Choose your payment method (credit/debit card only) and complete the payment

Once purchased, your Club Wallet will appear as a payment option when making reservations at that specific club.

Important notes:

• Club Wallets are managed by the club itself
• Any refund requests must be sent directly to the club, who will approve or deny at their discretion
• Wallets can only be purchased with credit/debit card
