Cancellation Policy for Open Matches

Rules on canceling your inscription to a open match match:

You can cancel your spot in a public match until 24 hours before the match.

Outside of the cancelation policy (less than 24 hours from the start of the match) you will not be able to cancel your spot, so if you are outside the cancellation policy, you will need to contact the Club directly and they will decide how to proceed.

When a court is booked at the Club:

• When the match has 2 players and there is more than 12 hours left until the start of the match

• When the match has 3 players and there is more than 4 hours left before the reserved time

• Whenever there are 4 players: the court is always reserved

Reasons why a match can be canceled:

Public Matches can be canceled because the time of the match is approaching and it has not been completed with four players or because the court is no longer available in the Club.

The match system has an algorithm to know, depending on the time, the club and the players targeted, if the court is going to be completed and booked.

If for any of these reasons described above, the game is canceled, the money is automatically refunded in the same form of payment that was made:

• the banking process in the case of card payment may take between 2 and 10 days 💸
• If you paid with a Club Wallet, the reimbursement is instant and you will see the refund at the same time as the match is cancelled 🙌

Keep in mind that once a match has been canceled, we cannot restore it, you will need to open or join a new match.
