Looking to improve your racket skills? Now, it is possible to sign up for a monthly course via the Playtomic app.

If your local club offers it, you can now register and pay for your monthly course with ease. Simply follow the steps below ⬇️

How to sign up for a monthly course

1. In the Playtomic app, navigate to the Play page and select Classes.

2. To find courses suitable for you, apply specific filters (filter icon in the top left corner) and be sure to change the Activity type to Courses.
   ​

   

3. Based on your filter preferences, a list of all available Courses will be shown. Select the course you want to sign up for and move to the next screen where you can see more information, plus the list of classes in the Classes tab.
   ​

   

4. Select Sign me up for the course and if the club has enabled monthly payments for this course for the app, you'll proceed to the next screen to review the payment schedule. Remember, the club has the discretion to determine their preferred payment method. If they opt not to activate it in the app, you'll need to make the payment directly at the club.
   ​

   

You will now move into the check-out screen to complete your course enrollment.

Where to view your upcoming course classes

There are two places where you can view your course classes:

🎾 In the Play screen under the Remember heading, you will be able to view your upcoming class.

🎾 Navigate to the Play screen, select Classes and move to Your classes tab.

NOTE: By default, it will open in the Available tab, so you will need to change it.

Once here, you will need to apply filters. At the top of the screen, Select the All Classes filter, and you can then choose to filter by:

Courses: It will show you all the courses where you are enrolled and from there you can select the correct course and open the Classes tab.

or

Course Classes: You will be shown a list of all course classes that you are enrolled in. The course classes are shown by date.

How to cancel your enrollment in a course

The Club can choose whether or not to allow players to leave the course via the app. If the center turns this option on, follow these steps to remove yourself.

1. Navigate to the Play screen, select Classes and move to Your classes tab.

2. Once here, you will need to apply filters. At the top of the screen, Select the All Classes filter, and you can then choose to filter.

3. Once you have found the course, click to open it. At the bottom of the page, you will find "Leave course"

In case you do not see the "leave course" option, you will have to get in touch with the Club.
